Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes, we provide all necessary professional equipment and high-quality eco-friendly cleaning products. Our green cleaning solutions are effective, non-toxic, and safe for both your family and pets. You don’t need to provide a thing.

Are green cleaning products as effective as traditional ones?
 Yes. We use high-performance, professional-grade eco-products that clean and disinfect just as effectively as traditional chemicals, but without the strong odors or health risks.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.
Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
No, most of our clients provide a key or entry code. If you prefer to be home, we are happy to work around you. All our staff are fully vetted and insured for your peace of mind. 
What is not included?
The following services are not provided by Polka Dot Cleaning: chandeliers, biohazards, feces, exterior areas, pest removal, professional organizing, hard to reach areas, washing of carpets, under heavy furniture and full wash of walls.
How is a job priced?
Factors include total sq footage, commercial or residential, number of rooms, number of bathrooms, number of kitchens, location of job and required frequency of cleaning.
What is your frequency of cleaning offered?
Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly and Monthly.
What is a Premium Deep Cleaning Services?
Our Premium Deep Clean is a meticulous, top-to-bottom restoration of your facility. Beyond hand-scrubbing baseboards, walls, and interior windows, we provide a “white-glove” kitchen service—including deep-cleaning the stove and a “contents-out” sanitization of the refrigerator and cabinets. We remove limescale from fixtures, scrub tile grout, and move light furniture to clear “dead zones” of hidden allergens. This intensive process resets your space to a pristine, healthy baseline, ensuring every corner is disinfected and every item is neatly replaced.
Will the same team clean my office every time?
​We strive for consistency. We assign a dedicated lead cleaner or team to your account so they become familiar with your space’s specific needs and security protocols.
Do you clean during or after business hours?
​We work around your schedule. We offer daytime cleaning if you prefer to see our team in action, or after-hours/weekend cleaning so we don’t disrupt your staff.
How do you handle building keys and security codes?

​Security is our priority. All keys are coded (never labeled with your address) and kept in a secure safe. Our employees undergo rigorous background checks before being allowed on-site.

What if I’m not satisfied with a cleaning?

​We offer a 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee. If any area was missed or not cleaned to your standards, call us within 24 hours and we will return to fix it at no extra cost. (take pictures)
